Hi, I’m Daniel Weaver.
When I’m not overseeing the finance and administration for a non-profit organization, you will likely find me engaged in real estate investing, writing, or enjoying time with family or friends.
As a real estate investor, my wife and I have purchased single family homes near the University of Memphis, for buy-and-hold investments. After 5+ years of these investments, our focus has shifted, and we are currently looking for a boat and RV storage facility to purchase as our next investment.
My journey to become an author started when the Tennessee CPA Journal published “A Look at Segregation of Duties for Small Business.” Then a personal research project uncovered a story so dramatic, it needed to be told, and is published as North Korean Keys to Revival.
Motivating all my activities is a desire to please Jesus and give Him the glory He deserves. Understanding I have been given much, He will require much from me. Thus, I strive for a life of purpose and excellence.
